You can also use the form on this page: it opens your own email program with your message filled in, so nothing is sent or stored by the site itself.

Notes that make our week

• Corrections. If a rule, payout or figure in an article looks wrong to you, tell us which page and what you think it should say. We check every report against the game's rules and fix confirmed mistakes.
• Questions about a rule or payout. If something in an article was unclear, we would like to know, because it usually means the article needs another line.
• Topic ideas. A table game we have not covered yet, a bonus term that puzzles you, a trend you have noticed in your country.
• Notes for a particular writer. Put the name in the first line and it will be passed on.

What we cannot help with

We are a reading site, not a casino and not a support service, so a few kinds of request are outside what we can do:

• Disputes with a casino or platform about payments, bonuses or account closures. Those belong with the operator, and then with the regulator that licenses it.
• Predictions, tips or "systems" for winning. We do not offer them in articles, and we do not offer them by email either.
• Advertising placements or paid reviews of operators.

Replies

We answer as soon as we reasonably can, usually within a few working days, though a correction that needs checking against several rule sets can take a little longer. Short messages are perfectly fine. We do not keep your email once the conversation is over, as explained in Your Privacy.

There is no postal address or phone line for the site, and we will never ask you for passwords, card numbers or account details. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Honey Creeper and asks for those, it is not us.
